Dear Sir,

I am Susan, and I am writing this letter to make a complaint about some users of the gym who were not properly cleaning up the machines after use.

I recently shifted my house to this Shiproar building a month ago. I have a habit of exercising regularly as a part of my health concern and to maintain my physique. I was looking for a gym since then. I have been a gym member for the past 6 years, and I have experience with distinct gym cultures. There are few people who don’t clean the machines thoroughly and also take back the dirty towels. Being a member, I know the rules and regulations to be followed in the workplace. I thought of becoming a member of this gym, but after I saw some indisciplinary activities done by some users, I seriously wanted a change in this gym.

I suggest you arrange a meeting for the users of the gym to obey the instructions, and also need to be taught about doing 5S. It also helps to improve the discipline and hygiene of people.
