Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the things which I have noticed after joining here like used towels which were left on changing room benches and not cleaning the gym equipment’s after their turn because I have been a gym member at different places but this is unhygienic behaviour.

I have recently moved this community with my family due to my job change and I was looking for unisex gym for myself and wife ,most of them recommended this place because of its timing and large quantity of well maintained equipment. I found everything is well maintained for the given cost expect this unhealthy maintenance by other customers.I am blaming the all members only few for example people who come in early morning sessions are not wiping the machine after their exercise and my wife told people are leaving their used microfiber cloth in women’s changing area.

I would like to request you make some action on safety measures like pasting precaution stickers in dress changing area and also keep sanitizing wipes near the equipment and ask your employees to watch out people are sanitizing the machine after their turn.
