Dear Sir,

I am Anna, my student ID number is 1288600, I am taking Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) I am your student in Culinary art. I am writing this letter to inform you that I cannot continue on your class but I have plan to continue my study again

That course is my dream, I want to become chef someday and have my own restaurant. I will to pursue that even if it’s expensive course. The reason why I cannot continue my class because my parents doesn’t have work, they fired from work last week. We have so many unpaid bills I need to help my parents first. It’s a big help for me.

Based on my situation please allow me to take again the course when it’s available next year.
