Dear Sir o Madam, *Course tutor

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you of my intention to withdraw from your IA evening program the next semester. After careful consideration, I have made this decision with great reluctance.

Due to recent changes in my work schedule and an increased in my job responsibilities on my currently full-time job I find myself no longer able to attend the classes or complete the course requirements as planned, for these reason, I have decided to discontinue my participation in this course to avoid any disruption to the class and to focus on my professional commitments.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to learn under your guidance and the support provided by the institution. I hope to re enroll in the future when my schedule allows.

Thank you for your understanding. Please let me know if there are any formal steps I need to complete for this withdrawal.
