Hello,

I am writing to inform you that I am not able to carry on with my course due to my workload.

I am working full-time from esrly morning until the evening time except weekends. Therefore, it’s not facil to me to catch up with my course and contexts you provide. I know that this course can be a valuable asset to my job in the future, I regretfully request to call it off or making it just at weekends. On weekends, I have quality times to study and do my assignments.

I respectfully request that if possible you arrange a time for me at weekends.

Please let me know st your earliest convenience.
