Dear Mrs. Smith,
I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and happiness. I am writing you this letter to inform you regarding the issues that I have been facing because of your pet dog.
The kennel of your dog is too close to the fence of my house, as a result of which it climbs over my territory and destroys my vegetable garden, which I have invested so much time in developing and ameliorating. Furthermore, its constant and thunderous barking not only makes it very uncomfortable to work and sleep peacefully, but it also scares away my pet ducks.
I have been enduring these issues for quite some time now, almost three months to be precise. However, matters have gotten out of hand now, especially since your beloved pet almost killed one of my ducks, and littered all over the budding vegetables, upon which we depend on for our daily needs, and ruined them entirely.
I would really appreciate it if you could move the kennel farther away from my house, perhaps in your backyard, so that it is no longer a hindrance for me. It would also be helpful if you could keep the dog indoors during working hours and past midnight so that it does not interfere with my daily routine.
I would appreciate it if you could act upon the matter promptly and resolve the issues pertaining to your pet at your earliest.
