Dear Edgar,
I am writing to you to discuss something that has been really bothering me for a while.
I am sure you know that we have our tiny daughter with us for a couple of weeks. Obviously, she is the first and foremost priority for us. Unfortunately, her evening rest is always bothered as we neighbours can all hear you listening to your favourite songs in the evening hours.
Belive me, we are also a great fan of music and do listen to our favourite songs on a daily basis, but we strive to do that at an acceptance volume. I thought that this noise will only be an issue during summer time, when we live with open windows. Unfortunately, the level of volume is so high, that now with closed windows, we can still hear your beloved songs.
I am writing this letter to arrange a personal-up with you to discuss this issue. We would be super grateful if you could decrease the volume of music, bearing in mind, that it truly bothers the rest of your neighbours. I do hope we can arrange this issue together and I do not need to turn to the relevant authorities to make you turn down the volume.
I firmly believe in your understanding and thank you in advance for your efforts in this regards,
See you soon,
Katalin
