Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Manjinder Kaur and I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards my apartment, which situates in Savanna in heart of Calgary with two bedrooms, kitchen, and specious living room. I want to share with Indian female student.

Primarily, I would like to explain when the room will be available, I must say that the girl who share apartment with me. She will move to Surrey on April 30, 2026 and it is free to share on 1st May. More so, all the amenities are included in rent such as Wifi, electricity bill, and fully furnished as well as there is no need to pay advance deposit.

Given the all facilities, I would have a few requirements from tenant. Firstly, being tidy person, I want the roommate who always keep apartment cleaned and organised. Apart from this, person should pay rent on time and follow vegetarian diet because I am vegan person.
