Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that, I have three bed room apartment with full furnished and with all amenities available such as wifi, free electricity, washing machine, dish washer, purifier, air condition and parking ,which is located in 16- Nathalal flat, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. Please note that one of my room of will be vacant for a student who is looking for it from next month and available at very affordable price.

Moreover, some of points that should be clear from myside before final decision is that the student must have to do agreement of legal contract for maximum 2 years which cost will be bared by the student. Additionally, student must have to keep the room clean, and having good manners and responsibilities for every amenity he/she use. Late night parties would be not acceptable as our area is isolated with peace. One more point I have to mention that student have to pay regularly rent on monthly basis and one month of rent should be as deposit which will be return them at the time of vacant the room.
