Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you as I am looking for a suitable tenant for my apartment. My apartment is situated in close proximity of your college, which makes it a suitable option, as commute is considerably short. The detailed address is as follows ‘284/3 Lavone Street, California, USA’.

Currently I am sharing the apartment with a colleague, who occupies the smaller room amongst the two available bedrooms. He would be vacating the apartment next week; therefore, it should be available from next month. The mentioned room is fully furnished and comes with a balcony.

I expect the tenant to follow certain rules stipulated by the owner. He/she is required to pay the rent and maintenance on time. Additionally, He/she should also handle all the appliances present responsibly. I request you to inform your students about this opportunity, and if anyone is interested, we can further discuss the rent and finalize an agreement.
