Dear Mr.Robert,

I am writing this letter to apply for the role of department manager.

Firstly, I have 3 years of experience in this department, so I Know every operations process in depth. Currently I am working as a team leader.

I like to draw attention on my skill set which is similar to what you need for this specific position. I learned Project management, I have understanding of flow of work, I have ability to guide my fellow team members, and I am multi tasking.

Furthermore, I have experience of managing team of 15 people. During work period I was responsible of making schedules, work chart. I used to divide work according to my team member’s ability and expertise so I can able to generate great output.
