The given chart illustrates data of internet usage in Viet Nam over a decade, which of that experienced a steady growth in all the years recorded.

Overall, at the begining of the twentieth century, the data figure showed a positive upward trend in the number of internet users; however, some slight gaps are easily notice from the chart.

In the first two years of the period, the internet users in 2004 is twice as high as the previous one, particularly from 3,1 millions in 2003 then a significant enhancement is the key to reach 6,3 millions in 2004. And a para-boost repeated in 2009 and 2010, from 22,8 to 26,8 millions.

However this upward trend was slowed even though there were remarkable jumps in 2003 and 2009. In detail, the year 2011 and 2012 posessed a slight gap just about 0,6 millions, this almost unchanged growth highlighted the year 2011 and 2012 with those distinctions in the number of internet utilizers from the period 2010 backward.
