The graph shows infomation about l people in Vitnam who used the internet in the period from 2003 to the second quarter of the year 2012.

Overall, the number of users increased over time, which started with a low value but after that rose gramatically reaching its peak figure at the end of the period.

Only 3.1 million of people used the internet in the year 2003, but their number doubled after a year. The increasing of users continue in the year 2005, reaching 10.7 million individuals, then jumped to 14.7 million user in the year 2006.

The changes of users number continue to rose overtime, recording 17.7 million in the year 2007, reaching more than twenty million in the year 2008, and 22.8 million in the year 2009..

With the same trend, increased users value throughout the last three years of the period, accounting for 26.8 million people in the year 2010, and passing 30 million people in the year 2011, ending with 31.2 million people, and that was its higher figure that recorded in this period.
