Dear Sir/Madam,
The prominent purpose of writing this letter to you, in relates to major alterations took place on the upcoming business meeting that was going to be conducted in June.
I regret to tell you that the business meeting which was supposed to be held in the month of May, has rescheduled in June. The reason behind it is because of the death of company ‘s manager Mr. Mark Butler. As it was our honour to have Mr. Butler who was well experienced in his working field thus, it is required to show him some tribute. Additionally, it will be challenging for the business partners to come to meeting until 1 July as they have informed us that they have other prior commitments before that time. Therefore, the team has come to the conclusion that the 5th July must be fixed for final date.
Last but not least, I request everyone to bring the “Instruction Letter” as a reference, sent to your email, when you will arrive for conducting the meeting.
I kindly apologize for any inconvenience made due to this.
Regards!
Dinesh Thakur. (Head of the Jury team)
