Dear sir,

I am Manju. I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to move immediately to the newly arranged rental room of yours, because of the personal emergencies that occurred this month. I might come to the apartment when the necessary problems of mine settled once. let me explain you further, I am not in the City right now since I was out of station for 2 weeks I could not come to the apartment which was taken for rent and also I could not inform you bit early about it. sorry for the inconvenience caused by me . And also I request you to kindly keep this rented room for me till next month. Moreover, I can assure you that the room would occupied by later month. I think that I will be able to move the new house as soon as I reach there.
