Dear Grandmother,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be unable to visit you in the near future Grandma.

First of all, I want to apologize to you, Grandma, because I have been very busy at university for the last month. As a result, I have had no time to visit you sooner and come to your home as I had promised you before. I had a final exam at university, and after the exam, my university organized a farewell party. All students were required to attend the party.

However, I will visit you next week. I promise I will come to see you, and it will not change like before. I have already bought my plane ticket, so you do not need to worry about my presence at your home. I will bring a surprise for you Grandma and you will like it so much. I hope you can understand the reason for my delay to visiting you.
