Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Yash Akruwala. I received invitation for an interview from your college. Sadly, I have a medical appointment on that day. so, I am writing this letter to apologise and requesting you to rearrange my interview.

My interview will on 2nd of december around 12:00 in afternoon. However, I do have monthly dental appointment on every 2nd date of month at 11:30. It is impossible for me to reach on time. I would like to apologise for this situation as well as requesting you for rescheduling my interview.

Moreover, I am very curious about the interview and I also have some questions regarding aninterview like the duration and any test being carried out during an interview. so, I can prepare more and perform well in an interview.

I am looking forward to your positive response. I feel sorry about everything and any leads will be appreciated.
