Dear Mr. Alpman,

I hope everything fine on your side. As you may remember I rent the apartment, 1688 street No 5 flat 22, almost 2 years ago from your agency. I am writing over to you regarding our rental contract which will expire in two months.

I am an expat worker with 2 years employment contract in the city. This is why I had rent the flat for 2 years. However, as my contract has been extended for 2 years more, I would like to extend my apartment’s contract too. I would also like to let you know that I am open to pay the rental fee of the first year in advanced.
