Hi Mam,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere apologize and excuses for not attended the evening language class for the past two weeks

Due to unavoided situation and personal reasons I went to my hometown for the last two weeks and unfortunately the place around me was no network coverage so am unable to reach you through mobile

To follow the ongoing course work I have reached my friend as he was living near to my hometown so i enquired him about the completed classes in the weekends and gathered the lessons

I asked my friend to take the notes you explained in the class and he also record the past classes so i can learn from that this will help me to catch the missed lessons

Thanks for understanding the situation and i will make sure to avoid this absence in the future classes
