I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my new phone that I recently purchased from your company The issue occurred on 15 September and has a caused considerable inconvenience The main problem is the phone isn’t high quality and in some parts it has a some failures it wasn’t what I wanted Despite my expectation that the problems would not be unchanged I was disappointed by it was unhelpful for me To resolve this matter I would appreciate if you could exchange the product and investigation.
