Public transports are one of the most vital part of our daily life if it does not work properly so, it create lot of problems in our life. I am Navjot Singh I am writting this letter to authority of transport regarding unrealibility of buses.

Last monday I was going to my office but unfortunately the tire of my car was punctured and I have no idea what would i do. Then I thought there is a bus station near my home. after that I went to bus station and waiting for bus. I had been standing there since 8 am but the bus was not coming. After doing huge wait the was coming and I heading to office. There were plenty of things which I have noticed, firstly the seats was covered with dust and no proper management. Secondly, driver does not know how to driving due to that I reach my office to late and got warning from my manager.

We have to look up on these things otherwise public transport does not work smoothly. First of all you have to make strict rules regarding driving and punctuality so that every person can arrive their destination at proper time. Secondly, held an inspection of buses every week so that interior and exterior of buses would be neat and clean.
