I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the bus service that I experienced recently, which was extemely poor and unexpected.
I booked the bus ticket to travel from Toronto International Airport to Calgary at 5 p.m last Sunday, especially, I requested for a seat in the middle because of my medical condition; however, a driver provided it in the last raw of the bus, which was deely disappointed and frasturated to me.
During the journey, I observed that the driver was going beyond the speed limit, and the last row was extremely discomfortable; therefore,I could not sleep well, and had vomiting thorughout the jouney. Despite requesting the driver on multiple occasions to change my seat and run the bus as per regulations, he continuously ignored my requests, leaving me without any help.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could change your drive or put a special GPS device, which helps you to track speed and locations of your bus throughout a journey. As a result, you may evidence against the driver, and take appropriate actions agaist him.
