Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the bus service I experienced recently, which was extremely poor and fell well below the standard I expected.
I booked a ticket to travel from Toronto International Airport to Calgary at 5 p.m. last Sunday. Due to my medical condition, I specifically requested a middle seat; however, I was allocated a seat in the last row of the bus, which was deeply disappointing and frustrating.
During the journey, I noticed that the driver was consistently exceeding the speed limit. As a result, the last row was extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep throughout the journey. I also suffered from nausea and vomiting. Despite requesting the driver on multiple occasions to change my seat and adhere to speed regulations, he repeatedly ignored my concerns, leaving me without any assistance.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this matter seriously. I suggest either replacing the driver or installing a GPS tracking device on the bus, which would allow you to monitor both speed and location throughout the journey. This would provide evidence against the driver and enable you to take appropriate disciplinary action.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Shailesh
