I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a brand-new Neon camera that I bought from the shop, which has few defects, and my dissatisfaction with the customer service team for not being true to the words.
The product has multiple dents on its body which resembles a refurbished model. As soon as I realised, I immediately reached out to the customer service, returned the product, and asked for a repair or an exchange. Although I was assured initially, the execution has not been up to the mark. I have tried to be patient for a week and have tried to give sufficient time to the process. However, the camera has not been repaired so far.
I would be grateful if the product gets repaired quickly, as this product is the one that I have waited so long to get launched. Moreover, it would be more convenient for me if could get constant updates from the customer representative.
