Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to get your help and suggestions for my latest booking in your airline. I have booked my flight tickets in flight AI-908, from Montreal to Delhi, on 11th December, 2024. But now, my plan has changed and I need your assistance with it.

I was planning to go to India for my sister’s wedding on 11th December and for that I had applied for leave in my company two months ago. However my leave got cancelled last week due to international client is coming for important meeting on 13th December. I have to attend this meeting in any situation, as I am the project manager for the project for which clients are coming for.

It will be very helpful for me if you can provide me a seat in your upcoming flight on 15th December. I am also comfortable if you can provide two or more connected flights and also let me know the extra amount I have to pay in order to reschedule my flight. If any thing of these is not possible then what is the cancellation procedure.
