Dear sir,

I am writing to express my displeasure with the attire that I bought from your store.

My name is Bhavika. I have been to your shop the lady hub in Jaipur. Last Sunday, I was on business trip to Jaipur, and after meeting I strolled in the street market near the Hawamahel, and I purchased a few attires from there. I was totally impressed with the vibrant colours, designs and especially price. Unfortunately, upon returning home, when I unboxed them I saw several damages in one kurti. First, while opening, it seemed nice, but when I wore it I found a small tear below collar. Second, on the back side of the kurti there is one stain that looks weird on the brand new dress; thus, I want to return the product. Moreover, it is a daunting task for me to come there for exchange, so I hope you would guide me with the courier service and accurate address.

Furthermore, I would request you to inspect this problem personally as soon as possible. Additionally, I am attatching picture of the flaw, and tear with this letter. I hope you understand my concern and if possible either provide me with full refund or exchange the piece.
