Last Monday, I placed an order for a round-neck black T-shirt, a staple item in my wardrobe. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I was surprised to find a yellow, oversized shirt instead. The fabric quality was also below my expectations, and the delivery arrived later than scheduled.
