I have been a loyal customer of your company for the last 10 years, and commended by the service and quality of your products. Unfortunately, this time , I had a terrible experience related to an apparel purchase, and I am writing to make a formal complaint about one of your staffs, and the product that he sold me.
Recently, I bought a pair of trousers for my son’s wedding ceremony. While I was selecting among the choices, I was insisted in buying a particular brand for a larger discount and offered a free return in case of unsatisfactory results. Actually, I had chosen another brand, but the sales staff appalled me to purchase the recommended clothing.
During the wedding ceremony, I tried to wear the clothing, but it was not only a best fit to me, and also had damaged pockets. I felt disgusted, and embarrassed for the whole day.
As a matter of solution, I expect full compensation for the purchased clothing without further delay. And I strongly suggest that the sales staff should be put under sales and customer training program for a week.
