Dear Sir or Madam,

I prospect you know me.This is Siam,your very familar and regular client since 2020.Nevertheless,last week i have ordered a pair of shoes from your online website which is delivered today.First of all,i was very happy to see the percel beacuse of its accurate delivery timing.For your clarification,the percel number is HB9283TT and it was a Jordan Air 3.

Therefore,everything is going perfect untill i opened the box.It is a matter of sorrow that the shoe size is not accurate.If you check the order list of 29 march,2022 you can observe that i ordered size-8 but unfortunately i get size-7 which is obviously not suitable for me.

Now the thing is i have ordered the shoes reason of my sisters weeding which will be happen on tuesday in next week.So i need an urgent replacement beacuse i have only 6 days in hand.I will be very glad if you replace the shoes with exact size within 4 days.Hoping the best service of your.
