Goodday,Iam jefrey gipo I write this letter to express dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your online shop.As a regular costumer,I always satisfactied with your products.but unfortunately my lates experience has fallen short of my expectation.
On march 25,I order a polo shirt but sadly the item i recieve was not as expected.The shirt was a short size,and to my desmay,it also had a small hole and scracth.Moreoverthe delivery was delayed,arriving later than the estimated time.
I ungently need replacement as i intend to wear the shirt to my IELTS exam on this coming july.I have a attouched photo of the defected item to this email for your reference.
