How are you? I hope you are doing good. I am writing you this email to inform you the concern we faced during our recent purchase from company’s website .
To begin with, we ordered 3 pairs of shirts and jeans as we need to attend a family weeding next week, we were notified that the delivery is scheduled for the next day which got postponed for 2 more days and we were not notified about that before, which was very inconvenient.
Secondly, as we received the package we observed that the material was not as described on the website it was inferior in quality and wont be suitable for the weeding. Considering the standard for clothes, it didnt seem value for money.
Lastly, we request you to replace our clothes till the end of this week as mentioned earlier we need to attend family function which will last 2 days. Hope to get positive feedback from you.
