I am writing with regards to a complaint I have from my experience at your digital store. I had an issue purchasing several items from your formal dressing section including one navy blue formal jacket with silver lining, one white shirt, one red trousers, and a blue bolt tie in order number A20230102 by payment on credit card at 1/7/2024.
The dress was delivered to me yesterday. I have noticed several issues with the purchase during unpacking. The jacket arrived in the correct size but the color is red instead of blue, which I ordered. As for the trousers and the shirt, both were the correct size and color, but each had their own issues. The trousers has a hole on the bottom and looked like it had been previously worn, and the shirt has a permanent mark on the front.
The reason I bought this formal dressing is to prepare for being the host of my graduation ceremony next Saturday at my university. I need the dressing immediately and I would like to request an urgent replacement of the product before the end of the week.
