I am writing to complain about the quality of clothes that I bought from your website and request a replacement. I purchased three purple dresses from your online shopping platform last Sunday and received the dresses upon delivery three days ago. Attached please see the receipt for your reference.
However, I was very disappointed on the dresses’ conditions. Considering the personal hygiene, I have the dresses washed before trying on. Unexpectedly, the color of all the dresses vanished in a significant way. There are now many noticeable while spots on the dresses which is entirely unacceptable. The quality of your company’s clothing is surprisingly unsatisfying.
I would like to request for a replacement within a week because of the urgency of needing those dresses. I am buying them on behalf of my company which is supposed to be used in a company event next Saturday. This incident has brought me and my company large inconvenience. We are hoping an efficient response to solve the problem from your company.
