Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase from your website. I am a long-standing customer, but this experience has left me disheartened especially because I was looking forward to this order.

My order number is RF814120 and the date of purchase was 08/26/2024. The package includes a blue blazer with a pair of trousers and two cream coloured shirts.

When I opened the parcel, I was shocked to notice that there was a long rip on the left leg of the pants. In addition to that, the quality of the shirts is not up-to-mark, and the material used is quite flimsy. I believe it is a quality assurance issue and I believe that the team’s negligence should be addressed.

I had ordered these clothes for an upcoming business trip and I am not left much time to visit the mall. I request you to make the necessary arrangements for a pick-up and replacement for these items as soon as possible.
