Dear Sharma,

I hope your doing well. I am writing to compliant about recent ordered dress. I order from your online application Shin a red color Sleeves dress of Small Size in authentic fabric in 30$ and i received this parcel yesterday within a week.

My excitement turned into disappointment when I opened the parcel. The dress is with full sleeves, not true to size and not come in good quality as it written.

Actually, I ordered this dress to wear on annual function of collage with the theme of red color clothes. So, I need instant replacement of dress till 20th October because, i do not have any red color dress before otherwise i would not attend the party. Please share the information about replacement procedure. I am looking forward toward your prompt response.
