I am writing this letter to complain about my purchase from your website and to ask for a replacement.
My purchase was done two days ago at 6 p.m.; it includes a blue suit with grey stripes pattern and black tie. The payment was online from my account (Joe 123).
I was surprised when I received the order for many reasons; firstly, the black tie was not included in the box.
Secondly, the pattern was white stripes instead of grey. Thirdly, the trouser right pocket has a large hole in it. Lastly, the jacket size is fifty, but I ordered size forty-five.
However, this is not my first purchase from your website. I believe that it was a mistake, but I need a replacement urgently because I have an event to attend in two days.
