Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to share my unpleasant experience with online shopping on your official website. My name is Ankitkumar Dalwadi, and I recently purchased a light grey polo t-shirt. I placed my order on August 15th, and it arrived within a week. My order number is Rs2233113, and my shipping address is 38 Grosbeak Crescent, Selkirk, postal code M1X1E2.

Upon receiving the parcel, I was excited to try on the polo. However, I was disappointed to find stains on the front and numerous wrinkles on the fabric. Additionally, the fit was slightly loose. Therefore, I would like to request a replacement in size M.

I would also like to mention that I’m going on vacation on September 5th, and I intended to wear this item during my trip. I kindly request that you expedite my replacement request.
