I recently purchased a jacket from your online store and received it last week. Unfortunately, upon delivery and use, I discovered that it does not match the displayed specifications. I am writing to request your assistance in resolving this matter.

I live in Sudbury, where winters are typically rainy. I was specifically looking for a jacket with an outer leather layer to prevent water absorption and a fur lining for severe cold. Despite exploring several options, I was unsuccessful until a friend recommended your online store. I carefully reviewed online manual before the purchase which clearly indicate the water resistance property.

However, during the first use, I observed that the outer layer absorbs rainwater, which seeped into the inner layer and damaged it. The item is not only under warranty but also eligible for free return. I still require a jacket and, therefore, I request you to replace it with new defect-free one. If required, I am willing to pay any additional delivery charges.
