Dear Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this letter to you about recovery of my lost item which I had left at the train while traveling from Lahore to Karachi yesterday. The item which I lost is a black hand-carry in leather stuff. The bag is incredibly important to me as it contains my important documents as well as my clothes.

I remember, when I reached at Lahore station and asked a cabin boy to brought my whole luggage to my car, I feel it was missing. I put my complaint in the complaint cell immediately, but they didn’t respond at that time.

As I mentioned, that bag has important documents and my clothes, I request you to make an inquiry to recover my item. CCTV footage must be checked to get to know where the bag was exactly missed out. I hope you will consider my request and let me know soon.
