Dear Manager Kim:

I’m writing this email to end my current job as an IT technician at our company, ABC Entertainment.

Firstly, this is a very difficult decision, as I have been working in this position for three years since 2023. Currently, although I still feel satisfied with the good work environment and benefits at our company, my family is facing some issues that have led us to decide to move to a new city. I need to leave my current job in here.

Secondly, during three years, ABC Entertainment has helped me improve my work and communication skills a lot. Through lots of projects, I gained more experiences and also realized my mistakes to improve. This company, in these three years, and all my colleagues have made me become a better version.

Finally, as I tend to find a new job in my future accommodation, I hope you can give me a reference letter for all of my dedication here for the new company.
