Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am leaving my job because I want to shift abroad with my partner. She is placed in a company in New York and has a family visa; that is why I need to leave this company and also this country.

My name is Dhinil and my employee ID is 2525EDA, working as a Project Engineer for the last 10 years. I am so happy in our office and sites. The work made me more confident and gave me an opportunity to improve my skills.
