Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the bank statement, which I got two days ago in a letter from the bank. it mention that I overused my account and for that reason I will be charged for $70. and it is also stating that it will be debited from my account in nearby future.

I would like to mention that I am your loyal customer in your bank since 7 years. The official statement explains that I used $240 more than I do have in my account. which is basically not true because I did not use my account for any transaction the same about. there must be technical error or any other issue in the system, and for that reason I do not not like to pay any extra money. I would like to ask you to go through with this error and resolve the claiming amount. I do have my transaction details and other required bank details in case if you will need that. I am more than be happy to help you.
