Dear Sir,

I am writing to let you to express my concern regarding a recent letter received from your bank dated 30th july 2026. I have created my personal account in your bank almost five years ago. My account number is 12345678. The letter that I received, however state that $240 overdrawn and I have to pay $70 tax on it. I believe that this infomation is not correct.

When I obtain letter, I was extremely surprised and worried, because recently when I checked my account balance according to your bank, my balance was available in my account. I have not deducted any amount that would result in an overdraft.

Would you kindly concentrate on my matter as soon as possible . Kindly make the correction in your records and inform me, that no amount has been withdrawn from my account. I hope you will contact me as soon as. Thank you for your cooperation.
