Dear Mr. Sehaj,

I am writing this letter to you regarding the difficulty I have been encountering since the last few days.I wanted to discuss it with you in person, but due to my hectic schedule, I am unable to spare some time for our meeting. The problem I am facing is regarding the parking space which is reserved for me, but is being often utilized by you and your family members, creating hard times for me to park my car somewhere else.

I request you to kindly use the general parking area, which is available for the residents of our society. If you find it difficult to park there, you can have a word with the administration of our society, and can avail a reserved parking space by paying annual fees of just 500 dollars.

I hope my suggestions will help you in easing your parking difficulties, and I request you to kindly refrain from using the area reserved for my car. Otherwise, I have to make a written complaint regarding the same with the administration to improve the situation.
