Dear Mr. Jones,

I am writing to complain about the loud noise of your households.

Yesterday, my son had an examination, and it was crucial to him. He could not focus at all for days. Peter always prefers quite environment when he is learning something new. Even my husband and me use a gentle voice for conversating during the exam period. Furthermore, when your kids are playing in your backyard, they yell at each other loudly. That makes Peter annoyed.

I expect you will find a sensible solution for these issues immediately. I would like to suggest you to play music in the basement and please do allow your children to go the to the park in the neighbourhood. Otherwise I have to inform this to the sheriff.

I am looking forward to have a nice quite study area for Peter.
