Dear Alexis,

How are you doing? I hope you are well after I caused you significant concern with my notorious accident on the highway. To be honest, I did not expect you to come to me!

That night I was driving on the absolutely empty road, but suddenly a motorcycle emerged and I realized that I could have crashed into him. I was compelled to turn my steering wheel and the car hit the border fence. Because my leg was bent, I got a painful injury. Now I am in the clinic and medical personnel are helping me. Thank you for your presents, especially the books, but I think that others are unnecessary because the food here is acceptable. I suppose I will share them with other patients because the food here is acceptable.

So, I am very glad for your visit and I hope I will not stay here so long. I appreciate our friendship and promise to be more careful on the road.
