I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the item I received which was damaged. I am very disappointed with this matter because the item is not only damaged but also does not match the picture and the quality is poor. This is completely inconsistent with what is advertised in your online store. This is tantamount to customer deception.
Due to the problem that occurred, I would like to request a refund for the item because as a consumer, I feel that what happened was unfair. Furthermore, the price and quality of the item are significantly different.
I will return the damaged item though courier and delivery service. You can attach your store address, so, the defective items can be arranged as soon as possible.
