As a long-time customer of Maison Electronics, I am writing to address an issue regarding the 4-liter gray air fryer I purchased from your online store a week ago. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the metallic bowl was missing, and I would like to request that it be sent to me.
When the air fryer arrived yesterday, I found that all components were present except for the metallic bowl. The buttons are functioning efficiently, and the appliance successfully cooked my meals. I can vouch for Maison Electronics’ credibility as one of the best in the country, so I believe this may have been an oversight during the packaging process.
Since I have already started using the product, I kindly suggest that you send a metallic bowl compatible with the air fryer to my address, as there are no other complaints, and the air fryer is highly functional.
