I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction regarding the service we received in your hotel on the 15th of April, 2026. While we had been expecting to have a memorable stay at your esteemed hotel, the services we received fell short of our expectations.
One of the most significant problems we faced in the apartment was that the toilets were very filthy, and there was no running water. Due to this, there was a horrible stench emanating from the toilet. Additionally, the air conditioners were not functioning properly due to an unstable power supply. My wife and children felt extremely uncomfortable due to the scorching heat in the apartment. My asthmatic daughter also had serious difficulties breathing as she was suffocating because of the excessive heat and the unpleasant smell from the dirty toilets.
Due to the considerable inconvenience these problems have caused my family and me, I would like to know what measures you will take to compensate for the unsatisfactory service.
