Dear Mr Baret,
I had the opportunity to attend the ‘Crochet for Beginners’ workshop last weekend at your centre. I writing to share my feedback about it. Although, some aspects of the program were useful; nevertheless, I am disappointed to say that a significant portion failed to meet my expectations.
The event was advertised so grandly in the brochure that was circulated, but the reality fell short of its potrayal. One of the main issues was the seating. The horizontal line-up should have been altered to a circular mode, so that the lessons could cater to all participants. Another problem that we encountered was the lighting. The whole auditorium was so dimly lit that we couldn’t see what was happening on the podium. The video screen was not working as well, so those who were seated at the back spent their time and money in vain because they could not learn properly.
In future, I request that you make proper arrangements according to the workshops that will be conducted. Kindly check the lighting, audio and visual screen meticulously before hosting anything. Such a negligent business model will, in turn, reflect poorly on our community and negatively impact our tourism. I hope you will consider these recommendations in the forthcoming programs.
Yours sincerely,
Cyr
